Bohemia started up with 4 friends at skool. Bear started drumming at skool at the age of 12 and
by the age of 14 he was already in a kick ass band called ADDICTION. They are a kick ass band which bohemia
are influnced and helped by. JoeD the guitarist from Addiction is Ryans teacher of guiatr and he is doin a
mighty fine job. Hatzi and Butch have growen up over the years with the Addictions guitarists jo and liam. Every
time butch and Hatzi could get a hold of a guitar they would try to play something. Hatzi learnt to play a couple
of songs and chords even before he got his guitar. Hatzi ahs been playing guitar for about a year now and the
band started up in mid 1999. Ryan scavenged some money together and the three guys butch, ryan and hatzi went to find him
a guitar, we tried cash converters but had a huge argument with the teller so we went to a guitar shop in capalaba and picked
up a shit guitar fo ryan. The first jam was with Hatzi and bear while butch was acting in a skool play to pick up chicks. The
first song they played was Touretts by Nirvana. Two weeks after the whole band go together and played for the first time. They
made an original song on that day mostly instrumental because none of them could sing. Then the 4some had a couple of jams before
THE ADDICTION did on saturday mornings. They now have a big list of songs to choose from. Jacqui is bears sexy girfriend and she is backin
singer for the addiction but she wanted more so we tried her out and she fit very good with the band. The band has many influences: HATZI: nirvana, silverchair, metallica, greenday, nofx BEAR: nirvana, guns n roses, offspring, live RYAN: nirvana, nirvana, silverchair, foo fighters BUTCH:smashing pumpkins, led zepllen, ac/dc nirvana so the band has a huge influence of Nirvana and grunge. | ||
